Lazorne is the exclusive reseller in Australia of a sophisticated Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software solution called “Easy2Comply”, which was developed by a company called Dynasec LLC.
In brief, the software provides intuitive, streamlined compliance solutions for whatever regulatory challenges you may face, in whatever jurisdiction. In other words, it provides a framework that can be easily tailored to suit your specific needs/requirements.
The software enables you to take legislative obligations (and/or external or internal controls/needs) and break them down to a set of requirements. These requirements can be assigned to an owner, and the owner can proceed to collect the necessary information being asked. Accordingly, there is a strong governance structure, enabling you at all times to see who has provided the information and who has not.
The benefit is that you can readily track and manage the different requirements and visualize which sections are complete and which are not. Once all material is gathered, it can be compiled together into a folder and packaged as a report or data extract.
Clarifications, further analysis, and issues can all be managed and translated into Action Plans, thereby allowing your team to communicate and continue to monitor the status of the findings (and/or any further action required based upon the initial findings). Best of all, documentation and files can be uploaded to the software and made available to the relevant recipients.
